of Real Estate for this multi-state public company Mr. Ferri managed the real
estate planning, leasing, and construction management activities connected with
their leased premises nationwide. In addition, Mr. Ferri personally managed the
development process for Kforce’s new 128,000
SF headquarters building in Tampa, FL, including analysis of options in the market
place, project planning, contract negotiations, design management, construction
monitoring, FF&E procurement and move management.

design and construction of a 115,000 SF bank operations center tenant fitout
