Project Description: 190,000 SF, Eleven Story Multi-tenant Speculative Office Building Development Steel Superstructure Architectural Precast & Glass Extensive Lobby Marble Finishes State of the Art MEP Systems 180,000 SF Precast Parking Garage Description of Involvement: As Owner's Representative/Developer Eric Müller managed the overall planning and execution of this project from cradle to grave. Responsibilities included site selection, re-zoning, economic feasibility, acquisitions, Professional Services Procurement, and the overall administration of the Design and Construction process. Mr. Müller also provided Contract Documents Development, Cost and Progress Reporting, Contract Negotiations, Scheduling, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Lease Negotiations, and Tenant Improvement's coordination.
